Our Feedback Process
Feedback about the delivery of services to persons with disabilities is always welcomed, as it may identify areas that require change and may assist in continuous service improvement. Such feedback maybe delivered in person, by telephone, in writing or via email. HH Angus and Associates Limited will make best efforts to provide a response in the same format in which the feedback was received, or in the response format requested in the initial communication.

Where possible, feedback will be addressed immediately. Some feedback may, however, require more detailed attention to address and, therefore, may need to be reviewed more fully before an action is taken. In such case, HH Angus and Associates Limited will make every effort to provide a response within one month of receiving the feedback.

Availability of documents
All documents required under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act are available upon request. When providing these documents to a person with a disability, HH Angus and Associates Limited will endeavour to provide the document, or the information contained within, in a format that takes the person’s disability into account.

Notice of the availability of documents required by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act will be provided within the terms of engagement signed by the clients of HH Angus and Associates Limited.

Reporting
HH Angus and Associates Limited will comply with the reporting requirements of the AODA.

Reports will be completed and submitted by Human Resources, as required.
