Our Learning & Development Committee regularly evaluates new programs to implement for continuous development of staff skills. We pay for professional association memberships and host internal learning programs throughout the year.

Staff-run activities include fitness (yoga, running, golf, soccer, hockey, basketball, cycling, volleyball, skiing), public speaking (we have our own corporate Toastmasters chapter), company social events, and more.
