Caitlin has over seven years of experience leading proposal coordination in the AEC industry. She leads HH Angus’ proposal team which is responsible for sourcing bid opportunities, managing the proposal team’s workflow and workloads, formulating RFP plans, and working with the engineering team to coordinate and craft responses that communicate the company’s value proposition. Focused on continuous improvement, Caitlin enjoys working with the proposal, sales, and marketing & communications teams, as well as internal stakeholders, to streamline the firm’s proposal processes and tools.
Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with her family.
