Courtney partners with leaders across HH Angus to develop practical, people-focused solutions that support both employees and business priorities. As HR Manager, she provides guidance across employee relations, performance and talent management, compensation, policy development, workforce planning, and organizational change. She also helps lead the development and implementation of programs, systems, and HR infrastructure that strengthen the employee experience and support informed decision-making.
Away from work, Courtney enjoys camping and spending time with family and friends.
