With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and the built environment, Fernando is focused on the effective procurement, integration and delivery of technology across the globe within complex facilities such as health care facilities, airports, rail, higher education, and sports venues. He has designed and managed a variety of telecommunications and electronic safety and security projects using procurement methodologies that include Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, P3, DBF, DBFM, and DBFOM. Fernando is also Global Regional Director on the Board of Directors for BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International) continuing and expanding on his previous role as the Canadian Regional Director. Fernando joined HH Angus in 2022.
Away from work Fernando enjoys spending time with his family, camping, cooking, and travelling.
