Geneviève Rochette

Geneviève directs our Montreal office, overseeing a team of 25 professionals. With a quarter century of consulting engineering experience, she brings deep expertise in the built environment. Her background includes design, master planning for client asset investment, and life cycle and costing analysis across a variety of industry sectors, including healthcare, commercial, financial, retail, pharmaceutical, and light industrial. Geneviève is dedicated to growing the firm’s presence by strengthening relationships in existing client industries and expanding into new markets. She is also passionate about mentoring emerging talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns technical excellence with strategic growth.

Away from work, Geneviève enjoys spending time with her family, and indulging a passion for both mountain biking and scuba diving.
