Tula is a manager in the Tenant Division with mechanical design experience in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and building automation controls. She oversees commercial tenant projects throughout Toronto’s Financial District, including law firms, banks, and several commercial spaces, managing all phases from design to closeout with a strong focus on delivering client-centric solutions. Committed to open communication and collaboration, Tula also supports team development through her role as operations partner for the company’s Rotational Program.
In her spare time Tula enjoys hiking, kayaking, and visiting the Art Gallery of Ontario.
