HH Angus Involved in Several of Canada’s Top 100 Infrastructure Projects
Officially established in 2011, HH Angus’ Montréal office provides a wide range of services in many sectors across Quebec and the rest of Canada, including healthcare, commercial, institutional and mission critical facilities. We were the lead mechanical and electrical engineering consultant for the super-hospital project in downtown Montréal – Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM) – which opened in 2017. CHUM replaced three existing hospitals and was the largest healthcare P3 project in North America. In 2018, HH Angus was awarded the Schreyer Award (the highest engineering award in Canada) for our innovative work on the CHUM project. Since that project, our portfolio of work in Quebec has grown steadily, as has our local team.
Our office is centrally located in Place Ville Marie in the downtown core, within walking distance of both the St. Lawrence River and Montreal’s famous landmark and namesake, Mount Royal, and is handy to both transit and city amenities.
We provide a full range of services which include mechanical and electrical engineering, tenant improvements, sustainability (LEED, WELL, Net-Zero, building electrification, energy modeling and CFD analysis), low-carbon energy solutions, lighting design, vertical transportation, commissioning, ICAT (information, communications, automation and technology) design, digital strategy, smart buildings, BIM and digital services.
