Megan is the fourth generation Angus on the firm’s senior leadership team, with a focus on Strategic Initiatives. She is responsible for implementing and managing the firm’s strategic planning and growth initiatives. In addition, she leads the ongoing development of our Digital Services initiative – a growing service area. She also leads Angus Connect, a multidisciplinary team providing a full suite of technology consulting and engineering services, from strategic planning in the initial phases of Smart Enterprises, such as digital hospitals and highly connected cities, to process improvement through to project execution.
Megan has a background as a Registered Nurse and as a management consultant certified in Lean Healthcare and Evidence Based Design (EDAC). Her areas of expertise include Program Management, technology options evaluations, hospital operations, risk management, and the development of business cases. Drawing on her extensive consulting background, Megan works closely with clients to translate their business needs into technical requirements, process changes and organizational readiness solutions.
