Patricia Santiago
MES, PMP
National Lead, Operational Readiness | Associate Director
Early in my career, I saw a critical gap: significant effort went into preparing buildings and technology, but far less into preparing people to use both effectively. That insight drove my focus on operational readiness, helping people understand and embrace change while equipping them to adopt new ways of working that enable strong performance from Day 1.
Patricia works closely with clients to bridge the gap between capital project delivery and operations, helping organizations prepare their people, processes, technology and operating environments to perform from day one.
With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, Patricia has built her career around advancing Operational Readiness as a critical part of successful project delivery. Her work spans operational readiness strategy, transition and activation planning, governance, and organizational change due to capital transformations.
Patricia’s portfolio includes some of Canada’s most significant capital redevelopment programs, including BC Cancer’s provincial expansion program, Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment, St. Boniface Hospital Emergency Department Redevelopment, North York General Hospital and The Moncton Hospital. She has also brought her Operational Readiness and transition expertise to municipal, long-term care, government, higher education, industrial and commercial environments.
At Angus Connect, Patricia is building on this experience to further integrate Operational Readiness, digital strategy and operational optimization, helping clients ensure that new technology, workflows and environments come together in ways that improve adoption, efficiency and long-term operational performance.
Away from work, Patricia enjoys travelling, exploring the world through scuba diving, and spending time with family and friends.
