Pradeep is focused on the design of distributed generation projects in Ontario. He brings over 35 years of global electrical engineering experience in power generation, distribution, control and automation systems that support the design of highly complex generation and microgrid projects.
Pradeep’s experience ranges from design, construction supervision, commissioning and start up of power plants from small diesel to large thermal power plants. It includes power system design, development of electrical/control design criterion, Single Line diagram, protection and control philosophies, equipment purchase specification, factory test/inspection plans, and commissioning plans, among others. Pradeep has extensive experience in site execution of large power projects, including complete field engineering, design and commissioning support for Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.
